Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping costs range depending on your location. Orders typically take 4-15 business days.

Returns Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns or exchanges must be unused, in the original packaging and in the state that you received item. We don't take back product if have sign physicals damages. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method minus shipping cost.

Return/Exchange Process

To return or exchange an item/items, you must do the following:

  • First, you must email us at or call us by phone Monday through Friday 9 a.m.-5 p.m. EST, except weekends and holidays, at: 856 278 3694 . We'll need your name, account number, email address, phone number and your specific order number related to the items you want to return. We will confirm with you return shipping address.
  • Once your item/items are approved for return you can proceed.
  • Ensure that the items being returned are original condition, original box, unopened, unused and in their original package  “new” condition. We don't take back physicals damage product!
  • Pack the item/items in the box you received them in or pack the item/items in a similar shipping box.
  • Print your original order number on the box and ship the item/items you’d like to return or exchange to
