Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping costs range depending on your location. Orders typically take 4-15 business days.
*Please note, Customs policies vary from country to country. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are enforced once a shipment reaches your country. Charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns or exchanges must be unused, in the original packaging and in the state that you received them.You can return your product for store credit,a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
To return or exchange an item/items, you must do the following:
